Easy Hasselback Potatoes With Garlic Butter
Equipment
- Baking Pan
- Basting Brush
Ingredients
- 4-5 Potatoes I Prefer Using Red or White Potatoes
- 1 Stick Butter or 8 tablespoons
- 3 Cloves Garlic minced finely
- ¼ teaspoon Salt and Pepper To Taste
- 2 teaspoon Paprika any brand
- 2 teaspoon Parsley dried or fresh
Instructions
- Scrub Potatoes to rid of debris.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Melt one stick of butter for 40-60 seconds in the microwave.
- Slice potatoes vertically with the cuts about ⅛ to ¼ inches apart. Cut down into the potato a little more than half way.
- Place in baking dish.
- Peel garlic cloves and mince. Add to the melted butter.
- Salt and pepper the raw potatoes.
- Sprinkle Paprika and Parsley onto the creation onto the potatoes.
- Using a basting brush, generously brush the butter mixture over the potatos ensuring the minced garlic pieces are evenly applied. Then place in the oven, uncovered.
- Set timer for 20 minutes as you will need to baste 2-3 times more depending on the size of the potato in 20-minute intervals. Smaller potatoes take less time.
