Strawberry Salad with Honey Vinaigrette is outright spectacular and will have you chasing the excitement in every forkful! The honey in the dressing combined with the strawberries, almonds, and feta make this salad taste like a healthy dessert. The dressing softens the spinach so that it’s moist and delicious, every bite has something going on!
It may sound and taste gourmet but it’s the simplest thing to put together for your family or special occasion, dinner party, and holiday meals. Chances are there will not be a morsel left in the salad bowl after!
Do your kids avoid greens?
Do they pick all the toppings out of the garden salad and leave the lettuce behind?
Then this is a salad you’ve gotta try! Even the pickiest eaters that don’t normally enjoy salads will find this salad tempting to try. Always a 5-star rating by my picky eaters! My boys dive into this without complaint but typically skip the average salad normally.
Super Antioxidant Salad
It’s a super special salad as in super antioxidant awesome with vitamin C and manganese from the strawberries! Plus the spinach is also loaded with vitamins and antioxidants.
It will be strawberry season in June and they will become abundant in family gardens and grocery stores alike. Check out this article on Reasons To Eat 8 Strawberries a Day for a fun read!
Strawberry Salad with Honey Vinaigrette
This gem can be made a few hours in advance. Leave the dressing out on the counter covered and not refrigerated as the honey can be hard to mix in when cold. Place the salad in a serving bowl minus the strawberries in the refrigerator, covered. When ready to serve, simply add the strawberries, dressing, and toss!
