4 TBSP Basil
2 TBSP Parsley
1 TBSP Marjoram
1 TBSP Oregano
1 TS Ground Orange Peel or Lemon Peel(lemon pepper will work!)
1 TS Crushed RosemaryMake sure to crush fine.
1 TS Garlic Powder
½ TS Chili Powder
½ TS Paprikasweet or regular, not smoked.
½ TS Fresh Ground Pepper
½ TS Salt Pink Hymalian
Instructions
Use a mortar to ground the dried rosemary.
Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Store in an air tight jar.

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Do crush the rosemary using a mortar before adding to this mix. Other options for crushing rosemary.Orange peel can be challenging to find but can be substituted for dried lemon peel (found in the spice aisle) or simply lemon pepper seasoning. Using homemade dried orange or lemon peel is definitely okay but has a shelf life of about 4 weeks.
