Ingredients
1½LbsSirloin Tips
2ClovesGralicminced
1CupKetchupyour favorite brand
½CupButter melted or 2 TBS cooking oil
3TbspWorcestershire sauceLea & Perrins brand
2½TbspLemon Juicefreshly squeezed
Instructions
Remove the fat from the steak tips and divide into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
Tenderize the beef using a meat tenderizer mallet, and then generously salt and pepper the steak on all sides.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the minced garlic. Cook the garlic for one to two minutes.
Then add the beef to the pan and brown each side for 1-2 minutes
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl or just add them right to the pan over the steak tips in the hot skillet.
Completely coat each piece of steak and also lower the heat to simmer on low heat for 1 hour, covered. Stir occasionally.
